Structure

An SPV’s structure describes various elements combined to create an SPV. Structure in the context of an SPV refers to the jurisdiction selected and the type of “business structure”. For SPVs, the business structure options are LLC, Series LLC, LP, and Series LP. Other business structures not used for SPVs are Corporations, Sole Proprietorships, S Corp, Benefit Corp, Nonprofit, and more. An example of an SPV structure: if an Organizer selected Delaware (jurisdiction) and Series LLC (Structure) then a Delaware Series LLC is their SPV’s structure.
